Okay, first off, we need more info. Simply saying that there's something yellow could mean a lot of things.
1. What OS version are you on? 2.3.4, 4.0.4, 4.1.2 etc.?
2. Describe your issue in detail. How does the thing look like, what's going on with the phone, what else is on the screen etc.? If you can get us a screenshot or link to a webpage with the same (or very similar) image, that would be most of the info we need.
