Galaxy s4 help

I just got a brand new galaxy s4 and so far I've only had one issue. I can't seem to connect to the play store whether I use data or wifi. It just sticks on the first loading screen and won't bring up the main page or anything.The internet browser and email are both working fine but it just won"t connect to the playstore.

Go to Settings and then Apps

Look for "Google Play Store" and open it.

Click on Force stop, Then click on Clear Data and Clear Cashe. Restart phone and try to reopen it and see if it works?

If not then do those same steps but click on Unistall Updates. Maybe had a bad update.
