My Galaxy Tab 3 touch screen is unresponsive.
I've tried 10 sec power button, power+volume down+home button, factory data reset, partition wipe and open the device reseating all the ribbon cables including the battery connector.
It's still unresponsive.
How to I determine if I need a new screen, motherboard or other hardware.
