Question galaxy Tab A T-585 Freezing & battery issue

My samsung Tab A T-585 gets stuck with samsung logo,sometimes falls into boot loop,when turned ON while power unpluged. If charger is connected when it is OFF, it showes an empty battery symbol but is charging, even if it is fully charged. It shows 'could not do normal boot invalid id Karnel length' massage when (power + vol. down) is pressed together while unpluged. It Only turns ON when plugged. While using the tab it turns OFF if unpluged. Please help!

Sounds like you have a few issues going on there. Starting with the battery. I would have it either checked by the manufacturer (if under warranty) or if not, then take it to a local tech.
