I have a Galaxy Tab S (SM-T800). This morning it fell to the carpet and now has a black screen. The menu & back buttons light up when I push the power or the home screen button. I tried to power down and reset by holding the power & volume buttons to no avail. What can I do now.

You may have jarred the screen connections loose, or damaged the screen, but cannot see visible cracks.

The only way to know for sure is to open up the device and check.

If your device is no longer under warranty, then you are free do that that (if you feel comfortable doing it yourself), or take it to a local shop to get it done there.

If the device is still under warranty, then you need to contact the manufacturer about getting it fixed.

Should you choose to do it yourself, here is a video that might help... https://youtu.be/hm2_AUS_ZpM
