Galaxy tab s sd card problems!!

Hi can anyone help me out?! I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S and bought a 128gb micro-sd to be able to store films for my 3yr old, but when i download films directly to the card i then get a pop-up saying "sorry this video cannot be played" !!! And i make sure that what i download is either avi or mp4....i can download with no problem to the tablet itself and it will play, but if i move it to the sd card i get the same popup!! Its really frustrating!

What video player are you using to play them? It could be that the player you are using doesn't support reading files off of SD cards for whatever reason. Give MX Player a try; that should play them just fine (from my own experience, anyway).
