Question Galaxy Watch 7 App desert

I just returned my first galaxy watch because I never read any reviews anywhere mention that these watches don't run most 3rd party apps, even the meta ones, but also no banks, music, podcast and so many more. Now that they run lte, this really limits their stand alone use. Seems that the specialist back door apk method is very hit and miss too.
