Game Cloning - Monitor + TV

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to clone my monitor to my TV. My wife enjoys watching me play games (sometimes) when she gets bored. If I'm playing a PC game it makes it difficult for her to watch.

I attempted to clone my monitor to my TV and every time I start a game, the application will boot and show for a few moments before alt tabbing. I've tried setting a custom resolution for my TV to match my monitor, yet I am unsure if I'm doing that correctly.

Specs:
I7
GTX 1080
Monitor 1: BenQ RL2450H
Monitor 2: ASUS VE249
TV: Hisense 50" 120hz 1080p

Don't know if this was the proper solution, but using the application UltraMon, I was able to mirror my screen to my TV with zero performance loss.
