This is good news. My work just got hit by cryptolocker last week. It would scramble the files on local and network storage. Some idiots will click on anything and get infected. :-/

Ok, so a Grand Jury in Pittsburg indicted some Russian douchebag. What does he care? He's in Russia. They aren't going to give him up, and with $100M in the bank, he probably doesn't care about not being able to come here. There are a lot of very nice beaches in the EU and Asia. A hollow victory at best.

On the other hand, if the CIA sent someone to knee cap people like this, that would be some kind of justice. Keep the $100M, you'll need it to get your knees replaced.
