games not working

i bought asus laptop ,AMD A6 processor ,4gb ram with radeon graphics ,but games are not running properly. Not latest games even .what might be the problem?

Hi,

What are those games that are not working properly with your laptop? Try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http/support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.

The AMD a6 processor. Probably has very weak Radeon graphics. What is the exact model # of your laptop?
