Games Stop in Between When Using NVIDIA GRAPHIC CARD

My GTA 4 ON DELL LAPTOP is not working when run with NVIDIA graphic card it would stop in the middle but WHEN OPENED WITH INTEGRATED GRAPHIC CARD IT WORKS NICELY
