Gaming headset around 150 bucks?

Hi guys,
I´m looking for gaming headset around 150$. The HyperX Cloud II looks promising, but i don´t know if there isn´t any better (it has some issues i heard, like no software and some highs in sound). I also heard somewhere that it´s better to buy mic and headphones seperatedly. Can you give me some suggestions please?
