gaming headset ax 180!

help! the gaming sound of my ax 180 comes from both ears but the voice sound only comes from the right?? how I fix that

and on the computer everything comes only from the right ear and as soon as I put it on xbox/pc2 thats away but he sees no microphone and no headset!

What port on the computer are you plugging the headphones into? If it has front ports, there should be one clearly market for headsets. If it's in the back, you should be plugging into the green colored one.

Make sure you have the latest drivers installed sound device. You can look it up on your motherboard's website, or you can try a free utility like "SlimDrivers" to scan and update drivers for you.

Finally, (and lastly) if the headset came with any drivers, try installing those.
