Gaming headset or headphones for streaming in 2016

I opt for headphones or a headset, primarily for gaming often spend + stream + standard set of entertainment (music / movies).

The Hyper X Cloud 2, is a great choice, and personally, the most comfortable headset I have ever worn. It is easy to have it on with no issues for hours one end. The mic also is removable which may be good since you stream.

I know the ATH-AG1 Audio-Technica is also a great choice.

You can't go wrong ith the Sennheiser Game Zero or Game One, either. If a mic isn't necessary you may want to consider one of Sennheiser's other headphones without a microphone.

I haven't used all headphones, but as far as surround is concerned, and watching movies, I think the Sony DS6500 do an amazing job at that. I only got to listen to movie track using these, but I can definitely drive to like an electronics store and try them with music, though my opinion wouldn't mean much.
