Hello

This is my current gaming laptop

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00J2PLTO0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

MSI GS60 2PC-005UK Ghost 15.6" Gaming Notebook, Intel Core i7 4700HQ, 1TB HDD + 128GB SSD, 8GB DDR3, Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M 2GB Graphics Card, Killer E2200 Lan Card, HDMI, Mini Display Port, USB 3.0, HD Web Camera, Card Reader, Windows 8.1, Dynaudio Premium Speakers

I am looking to upgrade, can you advise on what to move on to. Only real issue with the current laptop is the graphics are high, but ultra and the battery life is terrible.

I am prepared to spnd upto gbp 2,000. One thing i do love about my MSI Ghost is that its light & thin, and the looks so i am incline to keep with that brand

Thanks for the help

At the minimum I recommend you purchase a laptop with a GTX 1060 GPU. It is more powerful than what you currently have. It is basically equal to the GTX 980m which means it would be more powerful than the GTX 880m it replaced. The 15.6" MSI GT62 VR 6RD Dominator is an example of one such laptop and it is definitely within your budget even after VAT. Not sure if it is the best price since I am not in the UK, so I recommend you shop around.

At the limit of your budget, you can buy the following 15.6" MSI GT62 VR 6RE Dominator Pro with the more powerful GTX 1070.
