Gaming Laptop - Advise - £1000 - £1100 Budget

I am after a gaming laptop as i will be moving to university shortly and i am not sure what to get. I have been looking at MSI, Gigabyte and Asus range however i know there is alot more out there on the market.

I want to stick to intel and nvidia - my prio

I was wanting something with a i7 and a gtx 870m (dont really want to go for 860m)

I also want to be able to hdmi this upto a monitor now and again as i regularly will be coming home and have a benq 1080 24inch monitor at home.

15 / 17inch - Not really sure which would be better for me (used to playing on a 24inch screen)

Will be playing games such as world of warcraft, battlefield 4 and possibly gta and the new witcher when it is released.

Hey, I live in Canada, but was looking around for gaming laptops around your price range as well. You can definitely find laptops cheaper than your price range with an 870m, but if you have about 1000 euros to spend I would take a look at the Sager/Clevo custom laptops with a 970m instead. Specifically:

I looked at about 5 other re-sellers for lower prices but it seems that this site offers it for the lowest price unless i missed something. These are the ones I checked:

There are several other options available with slightly different specs at a similar price on CyperPower, so do take a look at that site. I haven't seen a lot of laptops with 870m graphics in Canada, so you'd have to wait for someone else to answer you for that. Other than that, you probably won't get a 970m in this price range if you look at mainstream brands(Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Acer...). There is a very good review on the laptop I linked:

Don't mind that the name of the laptop is different in the review, it is the same rebranded notebook.

Indeed...every reseller i looked up including the one I linked are located in the UK. Free shipping within UK as well.
