IM just wondering is these specs good ?

Yes, those specs are very good for gaming. The GTX 970M is the second most powerful mobile GPU Nvidia makes. Only the GTX 980M (and various SLI configurations) would be faster in the mobile (specifically meant for laptops) GPU world (from Nvidia).
