Gaming Laptop low fps

Hey guys i have so low fps almost all games,
i have acer aspire vn7 791g gtx860m windows 10 and 16gb ram but still.. yes i tried changing from intel to nvidia from control panel but still.... please help

What games? What settings? What resolution? And what actual fps are you getting? We need facts to be able to help you.

First thing, are your gpu drivers up to date?

It may be your expectations are too high, the 860m is not overly powerful.

for exampale skyrim, i cant even play on low like 5 fps and also i bought this laptop for 1500 usd im so freaking idiot .... i wanted pc not laptop im idiot that i bought this wish i can move time XD yes dripvers are up do date i think the problem is i need to clear dust , and apply new thermo past because i never cleaned or applied new thermo past and its like overheating af like 95 C XD
