HI guys ☺. I'm looking for a gaming laptop or just a laptop for run Lumion, this is a 3D software how use more than anything the gpu. I already have a desktop with this specifications:

Amd FX-8320
32 gb
ATI Radeon R9 290X

But I need some portability, I like the Msi Gx60 but I'm not sure about it, the price is right for me but I wanna know if i can get any better for the same price. Any advice will be useful.

Thanks.

honestly your best point of call would actually be able to save up just a bit more to $1300 dollars. Then you can get this:

since @ under $1200 the best thing you'll get is an 860M paired with a quad core I7.
Do not touch the GX60s, the AMD processor runs hot, loud and actually bottlenecks the GPU becoming worse than the 860M.
the step up between the 860M and 970M is like going from a 760 to maybe a 290 in Desktop GPU terms. The difference is that huge - however they will not be as powerful as the cards used in the little comparison; depending on whom you ask, the 970M has comparable performance between the r9 280 and the 280X

Do you want a 13'', 14'', 15'' or maybe 17''/18'' screen? For that price you can find different laptops that would be adequate.

http://www.gaminglaptopsjunky.com/ has different gaming laptops for a variety of price ranges, you can look up some good deals on gaming laptops over there.
