1. What is your budget?
1200 or under
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
17 inch
3. What screen resolution do you want?
Any that won't look like trash and wont break the bank.
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Somewhere in the middle. 9 lbs or less.
5. How much battery life do you need?
Battery is not a problem and I will mostly rely on having it plugged in.
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Mainly gaming. I also will use it for schoolwork at home and other basic stuff. I am looking at the gtx 970m and I really want that graphics card if possible.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
I use Photoshop a bit but I mostly need it for gaming and creating websites and stuff.
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
1 TB HDD and preferably space for another drive like a SSD.

Just a simple dvd reader and writer

I really like how the asus ROG laptops look and I would like the laptop to be black and red if possible.
