Context:

Hi, everyone. So recently i bought an Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 which has the following setup:
CPU: Intel Core i7 10750H 2.6GHz (up to 5GHz) 6c/12t
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
RAM: 1x16GB Sk Hynix 2933MHz DDR4

Before i buy this big boy, i watched a lot of videos on YouTube about how it performs on games and the results was very good.
Battlefield V running on Ultra FHD settings getting 70 fps;
Hunt Shotdown also on Ultra FHD at 70 ~ 80 fps;

Problem:

So, when my computer finally arrived from the Acer Store, i tried to play a lot of games and most of them was running with a really bad performance.

Battlefield V on Low FHD was running at 40 fps with a lot of stutterings and tecnical problems;
Call of Duty Warzone with competitive preset running at 50fps;
The new Battlefield 2042 is pratically unplayable running at 30fps with everything on Low specs (including the resolution 1024x768 and DLSS on);
DotA 2 on Ultra (i know that is not the best way to play an competitive game, but is just to test) was running beteween 70fps and 90fps (with some frame drop on teamfights);
Rainbow Six Siege (which is the marketing of this laptop) was running 70 fps;

I don't even can use the 144hz of the screen, 'cause all those games runs lower than 100 fps. Doesn't metter what i try, some games keeps with the same framerate on Low and Ultra settings;

I already tried:
  • Update de BIOS version to the lastest (v2.04);
  • Update to Windows 11 with clean installation;
  • Use diferent
  • Change Windows Power Plans to high performance mode;
  • Update the Nvidia drivers to lastest version (v496.49);
  • Downgrade the Nvidia drivers to previous version(v496.13);
  • Remove the Nvidia drivers using DDU and installing again using NVCleanstall_1.12.
  • Disable BatteryBoost on GeForce Experience;
  • Set application startup from Nvidia panel;
  • Improve laptop cooling;
  • Run games and applications with the PSU connected to the PC;
  • Run games with external monitor (to disable Intel Optimus);
I also bougth another stick of RAM with 16GB DDR4 2933MHz, but it hasn't arrived from Amazon yet.
