mediocre for gaming. you would be better off with an a gtx 970 or r9 390, even if it is a downgrade to an i5. willing to build it yourself or want prebuilt?

looking for a prebuilt one. Could you give me one definite computer? I dont want to have to choose, just whatever you think is best in the 1000-1200 price range
