So I have a budget of $825 USD. Im looking to build a gaming PC. I already have the GPU - a GTX 970, and the PSU - Antec HCG-620M @ 620 W. Im hoping to do some heavy gaming and hoping for an i7-4790k. What parts would be ideal?

Still wouldn't change anything honestly. Maybe a larger SSD. The Rahintek Nemisis is the best cooler on the market, outperforming more expensive air coolers like the Noctua NH-D15 and it's on sale for only $52 until the 11th. I forgot a case, but you could look into the Phanteks Enthoo Pro for $100, solid case for the price.
