Gaming pc or Oneplus one?

I have problem, ok so i'm not that old so i still live with my parents and so, i'm not old enough in my country to shop online, so my parents have to do it. at the moment i dont have that much money(have to get it myself and dont have a job) so i have to choose. Buy parts and buy gaming computer, or buy the phone i want, the Oneplus one. I have $550 to spend, the phone costs $349 and i dont think i can get parts to build a good gaming pc for $200. WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?

one plus are goooood but gaming computers are also soooo good. learn how to repair and get both cheap!
