I have Intel HD Graphics 2000 and I am planning to install NVIDIA GeForce Experience. Can I run it? Or I need to buy NVIDIA graphics card before I can install and run it?

You need a graphics card with an Nvidia GPU inside.

P.S. It looks like you have a laptop so installing an Nvidia GPU in there isn't possible.
