I have the samsung a32 5g without a case. I sometimes will go out for a jog and have my phone in my pocket. There's no way for it to fall out, since the pocket is so big but it's not exactly tight against my pants.

Is this generally ok?

As long as it's not bumping your shnutz,(you don't want your kids born screwy) the phone is shock rated for far more G's than what will happen in your pocket.

Thanks! Do you know where I can find info on how much G's the phone can take?

I'd find it hard to believe that kind of info will be known exactly by anyone but the manufacturer, but I do know they test for that spec.
I used to work in product Engineering, and that was always tested for anything that could be used while moving.
Even if you did know the G rating, testing that in your pocket for a comparison would be a bit cumbersome. : )
