Netflix comes bundled with all TalkTalk TV boxes. But some setup steps are still required to get it working properly. The Netflix Player on TalkTalk takes minutes to set up and can be done using the supplied remote control.
1. Have Your Information Ready
Further on in the list of steps you’ll need your email address and Payment PIN. The Payment Pin is one of the two Pins used by TalkTalk TV. It can be found in the “welcome pack” or in “MyAccount”.
2. Create An Account
New TalkTalk TV users get a free trial of Netflix. This is where you’ll need an accessible email and a newly created password.
3. Choose A Netflix Plan
There are three tiers to choose from, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Make a choice based on the information provided, but remember that after the trial ends it will charge an amount based on which tier you picked.
4. Choose A Payment Method
Since this is being done on the TalkTalk TV box, select “TalkTalk Bill” as the payment provider. It will be added as a subscription that won’t charge until the free month is over. Cancellations can be made at any time before the first billing period.
5. Enter The Payment Pin
This is the second part of the information from the beginning that you’ll need. It is mandatory to use this pin if you have TalkTalk Bill as the payment method.
6. Accept The Terms
After agreeing to the terms and conditions the TalkTalk TV box will send you directly to the Netflix player!
