I'm sure this has probably been asked many times, so I apologize beforehand.

I'm about 3 mos in a 2 year agreement. My work recently gave me a phone. I
don't plan on carrying 2 phones around, so does anyone know how I can get
out of my agreement without having to pay a $175 early termination?

I called customer service, and they said I have the lowest priced plan they
have ($39.99 for 400 min). The only other option was like paying $5 for up
to 3 mos to suspend service, but not terminate.

Have any friends/kids/relatives (that you trust to not screw up your credit)
that want a cellphone but have bad credit, can't get one themselves, and can
take over the payments? They can change the name and address for billing,
and it's usually cheaper than a prepay for the person taking it over. May be
a way to help someone out, and yourself, at the same time.
