How to make the best without going analog.
Do not use the codec in the computer.
Use the digital stream.
1- Install a sheet of plastic on the printed side of the cd (cd protector), to prevent rotation vibration.
2- Stabilize your motherboard: get a top end motherboard with extremely stabilized rail.
3- Increase ram to the maximum 64gb if possible with ddr3 cl7 memories.
4- Convert the stream with a high quality 24bit 192khz converter.
5- Use non sibilant cables to your audio system.
6- Enjoy.
