Getting SIMS to work

My Metro ZTE phone is unlocked but I can't get my Life wireless SIMS card to work in it.

You will need to contact the company you have the SIM through and get their help. It could be a problem with the SIM or something else on their end. It could also be that the phone isn't compatible. They would be the ones who would know.
