This may be a stupid question, but I've always wondered if it's
possible to regain your "armor" after you lose it? When you're running
around nakid, it seems you are always "picking up" armor that appears
out of the chests, etc., but that it doesn't really DO anything

Huh? What are you talking about... when you pick up armor it outfits you
again! You sure you aren't just picking up the bonuses?

In Ghouls and Ghosts the armor is easy to find when you lose it. It
eventually comes from the various chests that pop out.

In Ghosts and Goblins it's a bit harder... you often have to "jump" in
secret areas to get it to appear. But it's definitely there. Look up their
locations at gamefaqs.com or something.
