Given a 3 day posting ban. That was over 2 weeks ago and I am still unable to access my account. Password changed several time

I received a 3 day posting ban for comments I placed in a closed group. Nearly 3 weeks later I am unable to access my fb account despite changing password several times. I keep getting the same message that I am subject to a 3 day ban. I have tried to review the decision numerous times but each time Im informed the link is broken and they are fixing it. No explanation given for still being unable to access my account. I sent fb an email but no reply. American helpline number does not deal with customer enquiries.

facebook is the only entity that can fix this.
