GL551JW Gaming Laptop shuts down on 91% battery.

Hi,

My Asus ROG GL551JW shuts down automatically at 91% battery. It only happens when it's on battery, not on AC. Had the machine for a little over 2 years now. Have anyone come across something similar?

I tried to reset bios:
Restart with Shift held.
hit F2
hit F9 > reset BIOS default
hit F10 > save restart

And I've tried to update/uninstall/reinstall the Windows ACPI Compliant Control Method.

Would it help to try get a replacement battery and see if the same problem occurs?

Yeah, could very well be the battery.
