Goes off after five minutes

Picture and sound goes off after a few minutes smart tv flashes on and off on screen will power back up if unpluged and left to rest

Hello.

I suggest you lower your backlight settings. Lower brightness/backlight in your menu and see if the picture stays longer.

You could try updating the firmware.....but if it goes off midway, the main board is toast. Usually, this means a power supply failure, so I highly suggest you bring it to a trained technician.
