Good Computer to play minecraft with tekkit (around $500 budget)

Looking for a laptop that can play minecraft with around a $500 dollar budget. would also like to play popular modpacks at a reasonable frame rate (60).

I don't know if there's better than the suggested Iris 6100 suggested above but the above video (I know it's a mac) suggests it should run fine.

Note in the video that he's higher than 1080p so depending on your mods/settings you should be able to maintain 60FPS.

For the price you'd probably only be able to investigate an AMD APU.
