Which gaming laptop would you recommend for or under 450£
which would have operating system already in.

The best is likely the Lenovo IdeaPad G505s which has an AMD Richland generation A10-5750m APU with the integrate Radeon HD 8650g graphics core.

The was the most powerful integrated graphics core until AMD recently released the mobile Kaveri generation APUs. I don't know of any laptops released with Kaveri APUs yet... at least in the US.
