Good Headphones

I am looking for headphones under 150$ that has very very good comfort, very very good sound quality: for rock music, some rap/hip hop/pop. Good bass but also good mids/highs. I am thinking either Bose AE2, Skullcandy Aviators, SOL republic, VMODA crossfade TL, AudioTechnica M50, Sony Extra bass. Any others like sennheisers? if so what models.

How about some sennheiser hd 202s for around $50? I have a pair of these and they sound great for the $$ not quite as good as the higher end sennheisers that I used to own. Also Grado makes some really good midprice phones for under $150.
