good laptop 400-800

Im looking for a laptop that would be mostly used for recording and editing game play. Im recording console gameplay with an el gato. My budget is 400-800 but I can go up higher if it seems worth it. I dont really know where to start when looking for laptops .

Based on the system requirements for the El Gato, any laptop with a Core i5-5200u CPU should suffice.

The following Acer laptop should do fine for $510 (currently on sale). While Acer laptops are generally inexpensive, they also only have average build quality.
