Good Laptop for 750-850$

Hey, my friend is looking for a Laptop that can run games like: CS:GO, Rust, and in generald most games. It does not have to be 60fps at ultra settings. He just needs a Laptop for multi-purpose use.

Any ideas? As said, Multi-purpose Laptop that can run games at 60 fps in low-med settings depending on game.

All for 750-850$
