Good Laptop for Elgato

Looking for a good laptop to set up with my Elgato to capture ps3/ps4 gameplay. I will be capturing, editing and uploading from the laptop. My range is below $250 but I'll go over if I have to.

So far I've found that the requirements are:
• Windows 7, Windows 8 or later
• 2.0 Ghz (or higher) dual core CPU, or 2.0 Ghz (or higher) multi-core i3, i5 or i7 CPU
• Sound card
• 4GB Total Installed RAM (or higher)
• Built-in USB 2.0 port

You're either going to have super slow rendering due to slow processors (especially on laptops on the entry tier) limited ram or limited storage space. Is a desktop not an option for you?

Sadly I dont have room for a desktop. But If there is a good laptop that would be useful even if it isnt in the price range, I will consider it. Thanks for all the help!

Two products I've found on new egg, bare in mind they are not going to be perfect but will get the job done. Stepping up to the 8GB Ram - 1TB HDD will cost nearly twice as much.

Yes that fits the job, has similar specs to the other laptops and a 7 hour battery life.
