Good laptop for under $400

I am looking for a laptop under $400 for basically wordprocessing use, photoshop, and surfing the net.

For $400, get any laptop with a Sandy Bridge i3 and call it a day.

Well from Newegg's site there are only two new laptops in your price range with a Core i3 CPU (my preferred CPU of choice in this price range).
