Good portable In- or On-ear headphones?

Hello, i currently have the AKG550 over-ear headphones and i love them. But, they look like they could eat me alive when on my head, and are not the most portable one's considering their size.

So, i want something that sounds good, is portable and looks less scary looking-y.

Budget: around 250 pounds

Sennheiser ie80
Shure SE425
Jays q-Jays
Sony XBA-H3
Sennheiser Momentum G M2
Audio Techinca ath-M50x

Yeah, they do have some pretty good ratings. I am starting college next month, so i want something i can use while studying. I avoided using my k550's since they looked stupid on my head (the headphones were wearing me). So can i use them without feeling ashamed? (your opinion on their style)
