It should be able to handle them at high. Although at the resolution some things might need to be turned down.
The cards, while old, are still powerful and having 2 makes them even more potent.

guy above me pretty much said it, the parts are a little aged, but none the less still powerful. also, that processor boosts to higher than that, like 2.3GHz or something.
