Google Chrome: Sign in again error.

Hello everyone,
I have a little problem with google chrome where it forces me to type my password every time I start up chrome. I click "Stay signed in", but when I start chrome the thing at the top right next to the minimize, exit, and maximize has a triangle with an exclamation mark in it. I click it and it says sign in again. I happen to have a sync passphrase, so I have to type that every time I start chrome too. Any way to fix this? It's really annoying and I don't like typing my long password every time I start chrome.

I tried that, but it didn't work. Also, if I go to settings, there is a red bar at the top that says "Account sign-in details are out of date. Sign in again".

delete the chrome folder in your computer and reinstall it

I did, but still, the problem persists.
