From te desktop to the phone top :) good going, I'd say.....
I just hope searching for a contact on my phone book wouldn't be going thru the browser....

I may not be running the fastest PC, but I am surely not running the slowest. Even on my corporate fiber connection google instant search will freeze up as I am typing. It has made google searching painful. I turn it off wherever I go.

I'm not sure I could ever fully adjust to using instant. Rather than not knowing if you're going to have to hit enter because you might have a word in your query that blocks instant, I just hit enter anyways.

And on a different note, I take issue with the people who claim that the "words banned from instant" is a version on censoring. Just hit enter! I certainly know that if I was at work and started to type "fuchsia" and had a slight pause after "fuc", I would be very thankful that google didn't instant-search for the much more common word that starts with "fuc". Quit complaining that you can't get your porn faster! Nothing at all was lost when instant was implemented.

What about data caps? Won't this be bad for people with data caps?
