I have saved my pictures on Google Photos, but am afraid to remove the photos from my phone. I did discover how to share one for a text or email, but Facebook isn't one of the options. My storage is full so I need to do this, but am scared of losing all my pics.

Make a photo on your phone, wait for it to be synched with Google, then remove it from your phone. Next day, go to Google Photos and see whether your photo is still there.

Never have just one copy of data you can't replace - in your case, photos. Go to a computer, log-in to Google Photos, and download them.
