The Google Pixel Fold looks like a promising foldable, but there's some reasons to pass. Here's the pros and cons.

Tent mode is when the phone is in an A-frame position, meaning the screens would need to be on the outside. The Pixel Fold does NOT support tent mode. It doesn't even open a full 180 degrees, let alone the ~300-330 needed for tent mode. So far, only the Surface DUO and DUO 2 support that. The Pixel Fold, like the Galaxy Fold supports a Laptop mode. They all do that.

This is an important distinction for me, because that's one of my primary uses with the DUO and I'm looking for a replacement as it ages. Sadly, so far, no one else offers it.
