Solved! Google play store isnt working all of a sudden?

When we gonto.play store is says "there are no apps to install, since your administrator hasnt made any available to you yet"
I have troubleshooter and still displays same message.

Seems like either you or someone else setup restrictions on your device is this a personal device?
