Google security unlock

Google security locked my lenovo laptop and now it wont turn on and it wont even turn off..

not likely google web site will lock you laptop. do explain what you did from the top.

I turned on my laptop it had all these pop ups about google security i just closed them thinking it was like other pop ups..i couldnt go online after that or access anything else on my device

I cant go to chrome or use anything google..it just black screen and says google security warning

sounds like you have a virus of some sort I would look into making a boot usd/disc and get your system tested outside of the regular boot sequence and scan for viruses.
