So, let me get this right. The only true upgrade is smart home control? That's not really worth the money IMO...

Also, there was mention of Wyze. Ironically, that's my entire smart home setup other than my TV and speakers; how do they integrate with this interface.

Overall, it sounds like the Onn 4K pro might be my best bet since I live in the US. $50 extra for smart home control and image generation doesn't sound that enticing.

I think it is a big disappointment actually.
I can't download KAYO or Britbox and that is only two of the apps that I previously had no problem with on the old Google Chromecast.
I certainly don't see the benefit in having upgrade at a heft price.

Really disappointing. This thing cannot turn my tv on or off. Been on a support chat for well over an hour and no one has any solution. But the Chromecast had no problems with it at all. Pretty much a waste of money.
